Lazy day

Breakfast:
silk vanilla soymilk and banana smoothie (food pantry)

Lunch:
sandwich made with: breadsmith whole wheat bread (food pantry), tofurkey smoked deli slices, wayfare hickory smoked cheese, tomatoes and vegenaise
celery
spicy red pepper hummus (food pantry)

Dinner:
whole wheat thin spaghetti (food pantry), classico tomato basil marinara sauce, parma, gardein chicken tenders

Snack:
so delicious coconut milk ice cream bar
sun chips onion and thyme

Supplements:
Vitamineral Green (heaping tablespoon)
Vitamineral Earth (1 tablespoon)
Fruits of the Earth (1 tablespoon)
Vitamin B12
Vitamin D2
Liver Rescue 4+
