Friday's finally here!

Breakfast:
smoothie made with silk vanilla soymilk and banana (food pantry)

Lunch:
sandwich made with whole wheat breadsmith bread (food pantry), tomatoes, wayfare hickory smoked cheddar cheese and tofurkey hickory smoked deli slices
popchips salt and vinegar (free with a coupon that I received in the mail)

Dinner (Taco Bell):
bean burrito (no cheese, with wayfare mexi cheddar sauce and fire sauce added)
bean tostada (no cheese or sour cream, with tofutti sour cream added)
spanish rice

Drinks:
mystery shot (I confirmed there was no dairy in it first)
malibu pineapple

Snacks:
tortilla chips with salsa and wayfare mexi cheddar dip
organic crackers with wayfare hickory smoked cheddar (given to me by a friend)
Supplements:
Vitamineral Green (heaping tablespoon)
Vitamineral Earth (1 tablespoon)
Fruits of the Earth (1 tablespoon)
Vitamin B12
Vitamin D2
Liver Rescue 4+

I went out to Gio's Eastgate Event Center tonight to dance and watch some of my friends DJ. It was a great time! I got to see a friend visiting from out of town and I made a new friend too.
